
Electronic Health Records (EHR): CHNWV provides implementation, technology hosting, training, reporting, and on-going support services for members participating in the integrated EHR project. Members are shielded from the challenges of vendor relationships and have the benefit of skilled CHNWV staff devoted to the long-term success of the member, keeping the focus on patient care and improved health outcomes.
Practice Management System (PMS): CHNWV offers implementation, technology hosting, training and on-going support services for members participating in the centralized practice management system project. CHNWV's exceptional staff knowledge and service is a valuable asset to member organizations.
Technology Services: The Community Health Network of West Virginia has assembled a team of talented individuals and partnered with world class technology companies to deliver a menu of key technology services to our members that support and enhance each application product offering as well as member center day-to-day operations.
Telehealth: Through support from a Department of Commerce Technology Opportunity Program (TOP) grant and the Benedum Foundation, CHNWV has deployed an advanced, high-definition video-conferencing network connecting member health centers to specialty resources such as the MDTV program of West Virginia University.
Coming soon! - Electronic Oral Health Records (EOHR): Through support from HRSA's High Impact Grant funding in 2008-2009, CHNWV has completed its planning, due dilligence, and staff development to offer EOHR to its partner members for their dental services programs. This system builds upon the established EHR program.
Additional Professional Services: Beyond extended support for each core offering above, CHNWV is proud to provide its members with ancillary professional services, such as Grant Writing Assistance, centralized reference lab services provided by Labcorp, a Group Purchasing program, and more.
